Standard vs Extended Capability

Standard: CNC bending for typical sheet metal thickness ranges and common part sizes. Extended: extra-long parts, special tooling requirements, or complex forming can be supported on request and per drawing.

Design Notes & DFM Tips

Provide STEP + 2D PDF with bend notes (preferred) Define inside radius, bend direction, and cosmetic face if critical Avoid placing holes too close to bend lines without relief Consider grain direction for brushed/anodized surfaces Flag assembly interfaces and critical dimensions to control fit
