Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Meida (Jingjiang) Sheet Metal Fabrication Co., Ltd. ("MEIDA", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MEIDA provides custom sheet metal fabrication services including but not limited to:

• Laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
• Surface finishing including powder coating, plating, and anodizing
• Quality control and inspection services
• OEM/ODM manufacturing and prototyping

3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our manufacturing capabilities or quality standards.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, drawings, and technical requirements. Any changes to approved specifications may result in additional costs and delivery delays.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by applicable law.

5. Quality and Warranty

We warrant that our products will conform to agreed specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All customer-provided designs, drawings, and specifications remain the property of the customer. MEIDA will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling the customer's order.

MEIDA retains ownership of all manufacturing processes, tooling designs, and proprietary methods developed internally.

7. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

MEIDA's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim. In no event shall MEIDA be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to export controls, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jiangsu Province.

11. Modifications

MEIDA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
